Step 1


Use the product selector and select the phone/tablet and whether it is faulty or missing. so you fill in your name, address etc. so we'll send you a free return envelope in the post.

Step 2


You receive a return envelope and an agreement from us. Sign the agreement. pack the phone/tablet in a return envelope delivered to the nearest post office.

Step 3

Money on account

We receive the phone/tablet, check the phone that everything is as agreed. (should something not be right, we will contact you) then the money will be transferred to your account.
