These sales conditions apply to all sales of goods and services (products) at https://greenphones. no/, (Greenphone's online store) to consumers. The sales conditions together with your order, confirmed through an order confirmation, constitute the overall contractual basis for the purchase. The sales conditions and other information on Greenphone's online store are only available in Norwegian.

All products sold are approved for use in Norway. The products are marked with CE, which is the manufacturer's way of informing the supervisory authorities that the basic safety requirements have been met. This means that the manufacturer declares that these requirements are met, that the product is safe and that documentation for this is available.

If you are under 18, you can only shop on cash on delivery or advance payment, or pay on delivery. You can also get an adult, for example a guardian, to carry out the transaction for you.

It is only delivered to Norway, Svalbard, the Norwegian continental shelf and other remote Norwegian areas. Consumer purchases are regulated in, among other things, the Consumer Purchases Act, the Right of Cancellation Act, the Marketing Act, the Personal Data Act, the E-commerce Act and the Credit Purchases Act. Follow the links to these laws if you want more information about your rights and obligations when purchasing.

Where these terms and conditions of sale require writing, this is fulfilled by using e-mail, text message to a mobile phone (SMS).

Conduct an online trade

Conducting a transaction at Greenphone's online store is done exclusively via our online store at https://greenphones. no When you press buy on an item, the item is added to the shopping cart to which you will also be transferred. Here you choose whether you want to continue shopping or proceed to checkout. When you have finished your shopping, you proceed from the shopping cart to the checkout. In the checkout, you will be able to easily choose the shipping method, payment method, delivery address and more. You will also see the cost of shipping calculated based on weight and package/number.

Order and agreement process

Your order is binding when the order is registered in the online shop's order system. Greenphones is also bound by your order if it does not deviate from what is offered via the online store, marketing or otherwise. You still have the right to withdraw from the purchase in accordance with the Act on the right of withdrawal.

Once the order has been received, a confirmation of the order will automatically be sent to you. Read the order confirmation carefully when you receive it and check whether the order confirmation corresponds to the order you wanted.

Information provided in the online store

Greenphones tries to provide good descriptions of products published in the online store. However, reservations are made that typing/printing errors may occur, which may mean that it cannot be delivered in accordance with information provided in the online store, marketing or otherwise.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel your order or part of it, if the product is not available. If products are sold out, you will see a clear notification on the product page, and you as a customer will be able to choose another product. It is also reserved to cancel your order in the event of unforeseen technical errors in modules of the online store solution. If a purchase has been completed, you as a customer have the full right to cancel your order and demand the full amount paid back. Refunds will then be made to the same card as when paying, if this is used as a payment method.


The purchase price can, at your own choice, be settled by credit/debit card, or by payment through PayPal, Vipps, Apple Pay, GPay or Klarna. The choice for payment by credit and debit card is completed via our payment module through Stripe. com.

When using a card, the purchase price will be reserved on the card when ordering. The card or account will be charged on the same day that the shipment is made.

Delivery and delay

Delivery of the products takes place in the way you as the customer have chosen, at the place and at the time indicated on the order confirmation. Greenphone's online store bears the risk for the products until they are taken over by you, i.e. when you have received the products in your possession.

All orders made before 13. 00 will be delivered to Bring/Posten or DHL on the same day - if the product is in stock. Delivery time is normally 2-4 days.

If the seller does not deliver the item or delivers it late in accordance with the agreement between the parties, and this is not due to the buyer or conditions on the buyer's side, the buyer may, in accordance with the rules in Chapter 5 of the Consumer Purchase Act, withhold the purchase price, depending on the circumstances, demand fulfillment, terminate the agreement and demand compensation from the seller.

When using the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned to the seller without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the notification of use of the right of withdrawal being given. The buyer covers the direct costs of returning the item, unless otherwise agreed or the seller has failed to state that the buyer must cover the return costs. The seller cannot set a fee for the buyer's use of the right of withdrawal.

Refund must be made without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from when the seller received notification of the buyer's decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

If there have been typographical or printing errors of a significant size on Greenphones' part, in advertisements etc. l and/or in the online store which is greater than 15% of the normal retail price, Greenphones can unilaterally change, delete or reject orders. This applies even if the customer has received an order confirmation or similar. However, such errors must be corrected within a reasonable time after the error is discovered

Examination of the products

After you have received the products, you should, as soon as you have the opportunity to do so, check whether the delivery is in accordance with the order confirmation, whether the products have been damaged during transport, or whether the products otherwise have errors or deficiencies in containers, boxes or envelopes.


Complaints and cancellation rights work in exactly the same way as when buying a brand new mobile phone in shops.

In addition to the statutory rights, we give you a one (1) year warranty on our C products and a two (2) year warranty on our A and B products, which, in addition to the right of complaint, gives the buyer extra peace of mind.

Right of withdrawal

Right of cancellation The law gives you the right to cancel your purchase. The right of withdrawal applies to goods purchased in Greenphone's online store. Greenphones operates on better terms than the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. At Greenphones, it is assumed that you notify Greenphones customer service of this within 30 days of receiving the delivery at the latest (cancellation period). If you have not received a right of cancellation form either in the order confirmation or upon delivery of the products, this deadline is extended to three months.

For the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the product must be returned in the same condition and condition as you received it. All products must be returned to Greenphones within a reasonable time. Return shipping is paid for by Greenphones. All shipments are sent with a return label. If the customer has lost the return label and has to pay for the return shipping to us, we will refund the shipping cost. Refunds must be made within 14 days of receiving the product from you.

The product is sent back to Greenphones in its original packaging, together with a right of withdrawal form. More information on how you can use the right of withdrawal can be found in the right of withdrawal form.

Personal data

In connection with customer registrations to be able to make purchases in Greenphone's online store, some personal data about you will have to be stored. When you complete a transaction, your name, address and e-mail address are stored, among other things. This information is needed to deliver the goods to you via the carrier you choose, as well as contact you about conditions in connection with the order. Greenphones Nettbutikk is also required to store this information in connection with accounting, tax handling and any warranty/return handling, so that this history cannot be deleted.

For security reasons, the IP address used to register the order is also stored.

Card numbers for payments are not stored by Greenphones.

The online store uses and requires a cookie in order to register and complete an order. (It is possible to look at products without using cookies. ) The online store also tries to store a permanent cookie that is used to recognize you when you return. Use of cookies is based on consent through cookie settings in your browser, as well as your continued use of our pages. This can be deleted by deleting the browser's cache files.

Greenphones does not sell or share personal data with third parties, nor does it exchange or forward such information with third parties.

Text Marketing and Alerts

By consenting to Greenphones' SMS marketing at checkout and initiating a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text alerts (for your order, including missed checkout reminders), text marketing offers and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on a state or federal do not call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text messages and alerts, reply STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you in any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable way to opt out. We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all text messaging fees and charges imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

We have the right to change any phone number or short code we use to operate the Service at any time. You will be notified on such occasions. You agree that any messages you send to a phone number or short code we have modified, including STOP or HELP requests, may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests in such messages.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be responsible for the failed, delayed or misdirected delivery of information transmitted through the Service, any errors in such information and/or actions you may or cannot do in reliance on the information or service.

Sales deposit

Greenphones has a lien on the delivered products until the purchase price, including interest and costs, has been paid in full. Greenphones has a sales lien on the sold goods as security for its claim on the purchase price plus interest and costs, cf. 3-14 et seq. of the Mortgage Act.

Prices and delivery

All prices are stated incl. VAT. excluding shipping, unless otherwise expressly stated. From time to time, prices may vary depending on market and exchange rate conditions. Reservations are therefore made for price changes.

The total cost of the purchase will appear before ordering and include all expenses associated with the purchase, such as expenses for postage, shipping, packaging etc. m

There are no hidden costs or small-order fees at Greenphones, and you get a full overview of all costs before you order. The prices are stated in Norwegian kroner. The price you see in the online store and shopping basket will always be the current price for the product.

All delivery times stated must be considered indicative. Delivery time means the time when the order is received in the online store system. Elapsed time for packing and any production is added before handing over the shipment to the carrier. When time is stated in the number of days, it means weekdays and the charterer's time is always added. We reserve the right to deviate from and or change the specified delivery time without further notice.

Customer's obligations

Whoever is registered as a customer with Greenphones is responsible for payment of the services provided by Greenphones or Greenphones' partners in accordance with these terms and conditions. The responsibility also includes the use of the customer's access by others, including unauthorized use, as long as it cannot be demonstrated that the unauthorized use was made possible through negligence on Greenphones' part.

User reviews

Greenphones gives customers the opportunity to post reviews about their experiences using Greenphones, either when buying or selling mobile phones with the company. Currently, reviews can be posted on Facebook and Google. All reviews are reviewed before they are published to ensure they come from customers who have shopped with Greenphones. The reviews are registered using an app called Embedsocial.

Extraordinary conditions

Greenphones is only responsible for loss of the product, if it is proven to be faulty or missing. However, this does not apply if Greenphones proves that the deficiency is due to circumstances beyond Greenphones' control, and the consequences of which could not reasonably be expected to be avoided or overcome.

For consumer purchases, the terms cannot be worse than the terms in the Act, cf. Act on consumer purchases of 2002-06-21 no. 34.

Change in terms

Greenphones reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, including as a result of changes in legislation.

Force Majeure

Is Greenphones prevented from delivering or making mandatory redelivery or such a delivery obligation becomes unreasonably burdensome as a result of a labor dispute or any other circumstance when the parties cannot control it such as fire, war, mobilization or unforeseen military calls of corresponding scope, requisition, seizure, currency restrictions, riots and riots, shortage of means of transport, general shortage of goods, reduction in the supply of motive power, as well as deficiencies in or delays in deliveries from subcontractors or manufacturers as a result of such circumstances as are dealt with in this point, are Greenphones exempt from all liability other than in cases of complaint and credit it to the corresponding purchase price of the defective item.

Access to complaints to the Consumer Council

The Consumer Council is an independent organization that works to protect consumers' rights. They offer assistance to consumers who wish to complain about a product or service they have purchased. If you want to complain to the Consumer Council, you can contact them by phone, e-mail or via their website. You can also visit their office to get help in solving your complaint problem. It may be a good idea to have purchase documents, guarantees and other relevant information available when you contact the Consumer Council.

Disputes and choice of law

If a dispute arises between an enterprise and a consumer, the consumer can complain to the Consumer Complaint Committee. This committee is an independent body that deals with complaints about goods and services purchased by consumers. The company will follow the decisions made by the Consumer Complaints Committee in this type of case. This means that if the Consumer Complaint Committee decides that the company must do something to resolve the complaint, the company will follow this decision. This shows that the company takes its obligations towards consumers seriously and wants to resolve any disputes in a fair way.


All content on these websites is Greenphones' property and is protected under, among other things, a copyright, marketing and trademark legislation. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, information about products, including a mention of the products and weight, images/graphics, design and layout and other content on these websites may under no circumstances be downloaded, copied or used in any other way without this being explicitly permitted by mandatory legislation or with express prior written consent from Greenphones.
