Right of withdrawal (30 days open purchase)
Right of cancellation The law gives you the right to cancel your purchase. The right of withdrawal applies to goods purchased in the Greenphones AS online store. The right of withdrawal requires that you notify Greenphones AS of this within 30 days of receiving the delivery at the latest (withdrawal period). If you have not received a right of withdrawal form either in the order confirmation or upon delivery of the products, this period is extended to three months.
For the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the product must be returned in the same condition and condition as you received it. All products must be returned to Greenphones AS within a reasonable time. Any return shipping must be paid for by you. You bear the risk of return transport yourself. Greenphones AS is obliged to pay you back what you have paid, including postage for the shipment to you, handling fees, customs duties, recovery fees, etc. This only applies when the entire purchase is returned. Refunds must take place within fourteen days after the product has been received from you.
